Apa la Mat Salleh ni...

Bukan nak mengata but nak berkongsi cerita pasal Mat Salleh dr British Gas(BG) ni. Al kisah bermula bila lampu d dapur idak menyala. Apa lagi halo landord, lampu tarak menyala. Nanati goreng ayam x nampak....plak. Oh!!! No problem, we have bought maintenance service from BG. You just need to call.

Maka Melayu ni pun call le kan BG. Lama juga nak dpt bercakap dgn customer service. Tunggu dlm 5 minit. Lepas kacek kurang lebih, report di ambil maka appointment pun d set. The next day, dtg le nak tengok lampu kalimantang, jarang2 rumah pakai lampu jenis ni. Sebelum itu terpikir nak beli bulb dan replace tengok apa hasilnya. Ah!!! baik telefon aje landlord to confirm. Kita dah bayor mahal2 sewa jgn kasi chan le....

Oh!!! don't worry I've replaced the bulb & starter kata landlord. So kat UK ni base on trust, aje.... teman pun caya la dia...si China ni. Bila dtg orang BG dgn tools + tough notebook ...wow... ini kat Msia teman supply masa projek dgn mindef je. Tau brape kat Msia dlm RM15K-20K sebijik... Kat sini engineer(dipanggil bkn technician tau...) BG nak repair electricity pun pakai binatang mcm tu. Hebat kan....

Check punye check, dia tanya have you change the bulb. Yeap, my landlord have replaced it. Dekat 30 minit juga dok check sana sini.... then bg tau, I need to order parts(which part) and it will take a weekkkk. Aha, a week too long..... Dia pun cau bg kertas sekeping.

Nasib ade 1 lg mentol ayam.....boleh la mengoreng ayam.....

Seminggu udah lebih, hari ke-8 dok mengomel dgn wife mana org BG ni kan janji a week. Pd hari ke-9 jam 8am telefon berdering..... biasale teman dok tidor lagi. Udah lepas sahur jam 5.30 baru tidor...... nasib telinga ni selalu d korek, so agak sensitif sikit.

Halo!!! yeap blah2222 our engineer will come to fix ur lights around 12am to  4am. It's ok,.....yes2 jawab aku. Sambung la mimpi kejap balik.....

Tup tup sekitar 10.40am pintu  di ketuk. I'm from BG, sambil tunjuk kad.....aha APA ni janji 12-4, but dtg awal. Ok come in..... lagi cepat lagi bagus. Org lain plak, bawa tools + tough book..... bebel sana sini. Have you change your bulb tanya engineer tu. Yeap, my landlord have done it. Dia pun belek2, are you sure...... I trust my landlord. Sambil membelek lagi, NO this is an old bulb...kata dia. Aha..... I can't do anything today, YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE BULB.... aha, tanye aku Do you have any spares bulb just to test. NO I DON't kata engineer. 

Kartun betul, previous engineer x mentioned apa2 pun...suruh beli bulb ke apa. Tup tup dtg engineer yg baru nak bulb baru boleh buat keje. Apa La BG ni, bengang aku. Bukan aku kedekut nak beli dulu...but bg tau le. Nanti aku claim pd landord le....... suruh p beli kat B&Q(warehouse peralatan rumah..sebab besaq sangat). Last weekend aku dah p beli cat kat situ.....benggang2. 

Bukan apa, ni dah kali kedua BG buat perangai mcm ni. 2 minggu lepas sumbat bath tub...ade cover insurance. Smpai2...tengok2, there is no accesss to remove the hair,etc. I can't do it anything, landlord has to provide access. La la..... mudahnya, depa ni saja nak temberang ke. My bos will contact you.... smpai ke sudah x call pun.

Patutla, BG baru2 ni dlm bln Julai kena saman berjuta juge sebab x layan customer report. Padan muka... kat UK ni customer punye rights memang kuat.....report aje.

Moral of  the story dgn Mat2 Salleh ni kena tanya detail, apa rosak, bila nak dtg, apa kena buat...... siap dgn black & white. Kalau x tanye x habaq....... nanti survey siap kau.... ku lipat2 rapat2 kau.... oh BG
